The meetings will be held on Monday 30th November, 2020, at the Townsville Touch Football Clubhouse on Paxton Street, North Ward.
The Townsville Junior Touch Football sub-committee AGM will commence at 6:00pm and will be followed by the Townsville Touch Football (Townsville Castle Hill Touch Association Inc.) AGM at 6:30pm.
Immediately prior to the TJT AGM, the Townsville Touch Referees Association Inc. will hold their AGM.
Nominations for positions on the association's committees must be received in writing (via the below forms) at least seven (7) days prior to the AGM.
