Notice of TTRA Annual General Meeting

The Townsville Touch Referees Association Incorporated today gives notice of our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will be held at 5:30pm on Monday 30th November, 2020, at the Townsville Touch Football Clubhouse on Paxton Street, North Ward.

The meeting will be followed by the Townsville Junior Touch Football and Townsville Touch Football (Townsville Castle Hill Touch Association Inc.) AGM's.

Nominations for positions on the association's committees must be received in writing (via the below forms) at least seven (7) days prior to the AGM.

Positions open are as follows:

Executive Commitee

  • Senior Vice President
  • Junior Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

Coordinators

  • Coaching Coordinator
  • Fundraising Coordinator
  • Publicity & Promotions Coordinator

Sub-Committees
