In accordance with Rule 5(ii) of the Townsville Junior Touch Football Sub-Committee Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Townsville Junior Touch Football Sub-Committee will be held on Tuesday, 28 October 2025.

Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: TCHTA Clubhouse, 33A Paxton Street, North Ward, Townsville QLD 4810

All Members of the Sub-Committee, being the Club Representatives, Junior Director, Junior Vice President, Junior Secretary, Junior Treasurer, and the Senior Association’s President (ex-officio), are invited to attend.

The business of the meeting shall include:

  • Presentation of the Annual Report and Financial Statement;
  • Election of the Junior Management Committee for the ensuing year, including:
    • Junior Director
    • Junior Vice President
    • Junior Secretary
    • Junior Treasurer
  • General business arising in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.
